Ron was one of the best men that I have ever known! Definitely a true gentleman!

Ron was my boss when I started my banking carrier at Union Bank at age 18. He was head teller and the main office and then manager at the northwest office and I worked for him at both locations. I made a good number of mistakes early in my carrier, but Ron was always forgiving and kind. He always shared his knowledge and experience. He eventually moved into business development, I’m sure because he was so down to earth and made customers feel at ease. God bless him.

Dear Carol, Mark, Melissa and Tammy and families, our sincere condolences from the Boyer family. We were so happy to see Ron at his cousin, our Dad, Hal Boyer’s, memorial in Emmaus, July, 2021. Our thoughts are with you all.
The other day I had just scanned a photo to send to the Emmaus Historical society, of a group of kids from Emmaus fishing. Ted Latsch, Ronnie Smoll, Hal Boyer, Elmer Kline, Jr. If you don’t have a copy – email me, and I will forward.
