Anthony T. Weisacosky, 78, of Tamaqua, formerly of Pottsville, died Friday July 9, 2021, at St. Luke’s University Hospital – Bethlehem.
Born in Pottsville, August 17, 1942, He was a son of the late Anthony J. and Evelyn (Stessalavage) Weisacosky.
Tony received his Masters Degree from West Chester University in Health and Physical Education and taught at the St. Clair Area School District before retiring.
Surviving are his wife of 41 years Sally (Sage) Weisacosky, 3 daughters Heidi Weisacosky Zook, Heather Weisacosky, Kimberly Cohen, a son Chris Boyer, 4 grandsons, Jacob Zook , Jeffery Zook, Ben Mellon, Ethan Cohen, 2 granddaughters, Ani Boyer and Katie Weisacosky .
Memorial Service will be 1:00 PM Monday July 19, 2021 from the Bruce T. Hart Funeral Home 110 North 2nd Street St. Clair, PA 17979. Calling Hour will be from Noon till 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family would like remembrances be made to The St. Clair Area School District Memorial Account for Anthony Weisacosky, 227 South Mill Street St. Clair, PA 17970.
