Walter W. Walls, age 69, died Tuesday at Lebanon VA Hospital. Born in New York, the son of the late Harry and Agnes Walls.
Mr. Walls graduated from Penn State University, with his Bachelor’s Degree and is a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.
Walter was an entrepreneur who owned & operated a commercial cleaning service for many years. He was a dedicated member of Bethel AME Church, Pottsville.
Left to honor Walter and remember his love is his beloved Rebecca Learned, and their two children, son Harry Walls and daughter Katherine Walls. He will also be remembered and loved by his two sons Walter Walls and Max Walls; sister Joan Franklin; brother Alphonso Walls; daughter Marcella Morgan; as well as many other loving family and friends.
Walter’s Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7:30PM Monday, December 10th at the Bruce T. Hart Funeral Home, 110 N. Second St. Saint Clair, PA 17970 with Rev. Earl Singleton officiating. Family & friends may call from 6:00PM – 7:30PM Monday at the Funeral Home.
Burial with military honors will be held at 10:00AM Sharp Tuesday, December 11th at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA 17003.
Donations in memory of Mr. Walls may be made to the Bethel AME Church, Pottsville, or the Pottsville Free Public Library.
