Theodore G. Sagan

Theodore G. Sagan, 82, of St. Clair, died Tuesday May 25, 2021, at St. Luke’s University Hospital – Bethlehem.

Born in Frackville, April 16, 1939, He was a son of the late Harry  and Mary (Kuchta) Sagan.

He was a graduate of Frackville High School.

He served in the US Army.

He retired as a Machine Operator from Omnova Solutions, Auburn.

Ted was a member of St. Mary Russian Orthodox Church, St. Clair.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 4 sisters Suzanne Sagan; Lynn Chrush; Carole Sagan and Marie Weremedic.

Surviving are his wife of 54 years Jeanette (Pelak) Sagan; son Gregory R. Sagan and his wife Amy of St. Clair; grandchildren Kyra Santiso of Pittsburgh; Nicholas Sagan of St. Clair; Phoebe Sagan of St. Clair brother Nicholas Sagan; Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday May 29, 2021 from St. Mary Orthodox Church, 47 S. Nichols St, St. Clair with The Very Rev. James Chuta Officiating.  Parastas will be celebrated at 7:30PM Friday by Rev. Timothy Hojnicki.  Friends may call from 6:00- 8:00 PM Friday and 9:00AM-10:00AM Saturday at the church.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Mary Orthodox building Fund, at the above address. Burial with military honors will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
