Joseph Dutchak

Joseph Dutchak, 79, of 342 South Wylam St., Frackville, died Saturday at Home.

 

Born in Brooklyn, NY, February 20, 1939, He was a son of the late Joseph  and Theresa (Saloma) Dutchak

 

 

Joseph Dutchak served in the US Army.

 

He retired as a Machine Operator from Mack Truck, Allentown where he was a member of UAW Local 677.

 

He was a member of St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church, Mahanoy City.

 

In addition to his parents he  was preceded in death by brother Nicholas Dutchak.

 

Surviving are sister Kathy Zigmund  and her husband Joseph of Frackville; Sister-in-law  Carol Dutchak of Clifton, NJ; Nieces and Nephews.

 

Office of Christian Burial with Divine Liturgy will be held at 10:30 PM Thursday from St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church, 621 W. Mahanoy St.  Mahanoy City, PA 17948 with Rev. James Carroll  officiating. . Friends may call from 9:00-9:45 AM Thursday or 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM Wednesday with Parastas held Wednesday evening at the  Nice- Hart Funeral Home, Inc 9 N. Lehigh Ave. Frackville PA 17931. In lieu of flower contributions may be made to St. Mary's Byzantine Memorial Fund. Burial with military honors will be in St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Cemetery, Mahanoy Township.
