Vera Connors, 93, formerly of St. Clair, died Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Spang Crest Manor, Lebanon PA.
Born in Arnots Addition, November 19, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Porfiry and Julia Perun.
She was a 1943 graduate of St. Clair High School.
She was a devoted homemaker and caregiver for her family. She also enjoyed applying her secretarial skills while employed at Sears, RJR Nabisco, and the Schuylkill County Housing Authority.
She was a member of St. Mary's Orthodox Church, St. Clair, PA.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Connors, her three brothers, Nicholas, Michael and Daniel Perrin, and her sister, Theresa Hobbs.
Surviving is a daughter, Patricia Connors, as well as nieces and nephews.
Funeral services, officiated by Rev. Timothy Hojnicki, will be held at
11:00 AM Friday, November 9, 2018 at St. Mary's Orthodox Church, 47 S. Nicholas St. St. Clair, PA. Friends may call AT THE CHURCH from
10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. Mary's Orthodox Church Memorial Fund. Burial will be in St. Mary's Orthodox Cemetery, St. Clair, PA.
