Thomas "TO" Cicero , 46, of 301 Arnot Street, St. Clair, died Sunday January 22, 2017 at Lehigh Valley Health Network – Schuylkill – East Pottsville.
Born in Pottsville, August 13, 1970, He was a son of the late Frederick and Geraldine (Miller) Cicero.
TO worked at Miller Brother Construction Inc., Schuylkill Haven, PA.
Surviving are his wife of 16 years Jennifer (Weiss) Cicero, 2 children, Kaitlyn and Thomas Jr., 4 brothers; Frederick Cicero and his wife Linda; Vincent Cicero, Michael Cicero, Richard Cicero all of St. Clair; 3 sisters Deborah Cicero and Tanya Cicero of St. Clair; Lisa Callaghan of Heckscherville; father in law John Koch and his wife Charlene of St. Clair; nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 8:30 PM Thursday from Bruce T. Hart Funeral Home, 110 North Second Street St. Clair. The Msgr. William F. Glosser will be officiating. . Friends may call from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM Thursday at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Jennifer Cicero at the above address for Thomas's Children Education. Interment will be in the Queen of the Universe Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
