Tammy L. Kuhns , 42, of 150 South Spencer St., Frackville, died Sunday at Penn State Hershey Medical Center.
Born in Pottsville, October 20, 1971, She was a daughter of Harold and Loretta ( Pretti ) Raybould.
Surviving in addition to her parents are her Husband David B. Kuhns; 4 daughters , Shawnee Kuhns of Frackville; Abigal Wysoski of Shenandoah; Brittany and Ashley Kuhns of Lewistown; 1 Sister Lori Malec of Middletown.and 2 Nephews.
Memorial Service will be held at 7:30 PM Friday at the Nice- Hart Funeral Home, Inc 9 North Lehigh Ave. Frackville, PA 17931. Friends may call from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM Friday at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers Memorial contributions may be to the Kuhn Family 150 South Spencer St. Frackville PA 17931 to help care for her children.
