Shirley E. Laurusevage, 87, of Frackville, passed away Monday November 7, 2022 at Broad Mountain Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Frackville.
Born in St. Clair, January 27, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Kaheres and Hermina Houstina Hahn.
She graduated from Frackville High School.
She worked at City Shirt and Modern Garment Factories and was Co- Owner of former Tony's Bar in Frackville.
She was preceded in death by her husband Anthony "Tony "Laurusevage in 1993 and a son Gregory J. Laurusevage in 2021.
Surviving are son Mark Laurusevage Sr. and his wife Sherri of Hershey; Daughter-in-law AnnMarie Laurusevage of Frackville; brother John H. "Jack" Hahn of Columbia; 7 Grandchildren: Heather Kellagher of Mt. Carmel; Mark Laurusevage Jr. of Winston-Salem, NC; Jason Laurusevage of Frackville; Paul Laurusevage of Frackville; Danielle Duncan of Germanville; Amanda Laurusevage of Minersville; Alicia Laurusevage of Buck Run; 11 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Celebration of life will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday Nov. 12, 2022 from Nice- Hart Funeral Home, Inc, 9 North Lehigh Avenue Frackville PA 17931. The Rev. Jack Culbert will be officiating. Friends may call from 10:00AM – 11:00 AM Saturday at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association 225 North Michigan Avenue Fl 17, Chicago, IL 60601. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
