Ruth C. Giba , 74, of Frackville, passed away Thursday September 15, 2022 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest, Allentown.
Born in Frackville, September 24, 1947, She was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Margaret (Rhoades) Craig.
She was a Graduate of Frackville High School.
Ruth was a member of the former St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Frackville and a past Past Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers Benjamin, Lee, John Craig and 1 sister Margaret Mackey.
Surviving are her husband of 56 years Robert Giba, son Robert Giba and his wife Jackie of Frackville, daughter Kathleen Etnoyer and her husband Arthur of Highspire, 5 grandsons Craig, Bobby and TJ Giba, Dominic and Michael Kadziela and one brother William Craig of Bellevue, NE.
Funeral Service will be held at 8:00 PM Wednesday. September 21, 2022 from the Nice – Hart Funeral Home, 9 North Lehigh Avenue, Frackville, PA 17931. The Rev. Jack Murray will be officiating. Friends may call from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the funeral home . In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Joseph Ceneter for Special Learning, 2075 West Norwegian Street, Pottsville, PA 17901.
