Born in Frackville, April 13, 1937, He was a son of the late Leslie and Florence (Kershner) Richards.
He was a retired from from working in maintenance at Bollman Hat, Denver.
He was a member of Grace Evangelical Congregational Church, Ephrata.
Surviving are 2 brothers Daniel Richards of Warrington; John K. Richards of Southampton; 3 sisters Patricia I. Lehman and her husband Paul of Newtown; Jane C. Brown and her husband Keith of Bath; Anne Specca and her husband David of Denver; Nieces and Nephews.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
