Richard W. Beauchamp , 68, of 108 South 4th Street, Frackville, died Wednesday at Penn State Hershey Medical Center.
Born in Butler Twp., December 28, 1945, He was a son of Yvonne ( Griffiths ) Beauchamp of Frackville and the late Travis Beauchamp.
He worked at Jackson Hewitt, Long Beach , CA, as an accountant
Surviving in addition to his mother are two daughter, Michele Beauchamp of Lancaster; Renee Walker of Laurens, NY and two Granddaughters Helen and Bridget; Aunt Hazle Griffiths, Gilberton.
