Peggy Miller, 68, formerly of Frackville, died Tuesday at ManorCare Health Services.
Born in Pottsville, Feb. 7, 1945, she was a daughter of the late Oscar and Rebecca Hoke Richter.
Peggy was a retired store clerk at Uni-Mart, Frackville, and a former member of Zion Lutheran Church, Frackville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob Miller; a son, Darrel Miller; and a grandson, Nathaniel Miller.
Surviving are two daughters, Shannon Hernandez and her husband, Feliciano, Tamaqua, and Sherri Miller, Saucier, Miss.; a sister, Ginny Richter; two granddaughters, Alicia Hernandez and Jenna Morris; and a grandson, Daniel Morris.
Memorial services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday from Nice-Hart Funeral Home, 9 N. Lehigh Ave., Frackville. The Rev. Oliver Brown will be officiating. Friends may call from 6 p.m. until the time of service Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be sent to the Miller family, 4 Wild Cat Road, Tamaqua, PA 18252. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Nice Hart Funeral Home Inc., Frackville, is in charge of arrangements.
