Patricia A. Schaeffer , 69, of 40 N. Balliet St., Frackville, died Wednesday at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville PA.
Born in Frackville, August 29, 1944, She was a daughter of the late William Schaeffer and Elizabeth (Meck) Schaeffer Yasembousky.

She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Church, Frackville.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brother Daniel Schaeffer and a sister Inez Smarowsky.
Surviving are a Companion John Kostingo of Gilberton, 2 daughters Anna Creasy and her husband William of Frackville; Tracey Dillman and her husband Floyd of Shenandoah, 3 Sons, Thomas Frantz and his wife Cynthia of Shenandoah; Brian Frantz and his companion Sue Howley of Gilberton; William and his companion Lori Edgar of Mahanoy City, 2 brothers John Schaeffer of Pottsville and William Schaeffer of Madison, CT, 4 sisters Elizabeth Russell of Lebanon, Caroline Whalen of Shenandoah, Cheryl Waite of OK and Hayley Moran of CO., 5 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren, Nieces & Nephews
Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday from the Nice- Hart Funeral Home, Inc., 9 North Lehigh Avenue, Frackville, PA 17931 . The Rev Gene Stephenson will be officiating. Friends may call from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hillside SPCA, P.O. Box 233 Pottsville, PA, 17901. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family
