Michael E. Yaneck, 63, of Saint Clair, passed away Friday, Dec. 31, 2021, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Allentown.
Born July 11, 1958, in Pottsville, he was a son of the late Edward and Nancy Yaneck.
Michael was a 1976 graduate of Saint Clair High School and worked at Hexcel, Saint Clair. In Michael's free time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle, weightlifting and hunting.
He was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, Saint Clair.
Surviving are his wife, Diane (Chaklos) Yaneck; daughter, Allison Yaneck, fiancé of Nick Brouse, of Saint Clair; son, Justin Yaneck and his companion, Callie Hummel, of Minersville; and grandson, Nolan Yaneck.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 6, 2022, at St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, 250 E. Hancock St., Saint Clair. The Rev. Monsignor William F. Glosser will officiate. Friends may call from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Thursday at Bruce T. Hart Funeral Home, 110 N. Second St. Saint Clair, PA 17970. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 18105. Burial will be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, East Norwegian Twp.
