Michael S. Sleva , 85, 40 N. Third St., died Sunday at York Terrace Nursing Center, Pottsville.
Born in Blyth Twp., March 10, 1929, He was a son of the late Dominic Sleva and Mary (Franus) Sleva.
He worked as a Machine Operator at several area garment factories and as a self employed painter .
He was a member of the former Ss. Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife Loretta (Mroz) Sleva, 1 son Michael Sleva; 8 Brothers; 3 Sisters.
Surviving are a sister Theresa Kurchock, Mill Creek ; 2 Grandchildren Michael and Matthew Sleva, St. Clair; Nieces and Nephews
