Mark Furman

Mark D. Furman, 62, of Frackville, passed away Wednesday September 23, 2026 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Schuylkill East.

Born in Pottsville August 11, 1964, He was a son of the late David Furman and Carol (Soult) Furman.

He was a 1982 graduate of North Schuylkill High School. He worked as a Cook and Caterer at several area restaurant including Lewie’s. He also made wedding cakes for many couples. Mark enjoyed volunteering at the Altamont Fire Co. Fish Fries.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Brother Brian ”Furmy” Furman and a sister Wendy Stine.

Surviving are his children Zachary Furman and his wife Bryanna of AZ; Kyrsten Furman of Frackville; Grandchildren Dillon Furman, Oliver Furman, Barley Furman and Mayple Furman. Nieces and Nephews

Memorial Services will be held at 6:00PM Friday October 2, 2026 from Nice Hart Funeral Home Inc 9 N. Lehigh Ave Frackville, PA 17931. Friends may call from 5-6:00PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contribution may be made to the funeral home to defray funeral costs.
