Jayse W. Raczka , 3 months infant , of Forestville, passed away Saturday June 30, 2018.
Born in Pottsville, March 21, 2018, He was a son of Jared Raczka and Kaitlyn McGinley.
Surviving in addition to his parents are a brother Kolton McGinley; Sister Karma Raczka Paternal grandfather Jeff Raczka Sr. of Minersville; Paternal Grandmother Rachel Raczka of St. Clair; Maternal Grandparents Joseph and Alanda McGinley of Middleport; Great Grandparents Elizabeth Raczka, Mary Ann and Wayne Zimmerman; Uncle Jeff Raczka Jr.; Aunts Jackie Raczka, Angelica Hefflefinger and Erin McGinley.
Memorial Service will be held at 7:30 PM Monday from Bruce T. Hart Funeral Home, 110 North Second Street St. Clair with Patricia Weidman CSA officiating. Friends may call from 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's' Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148.
