Elliot Thomas Melusky, infant son of Nicholas and Samantha (McBreen) Melusky of West West Terrace, passed away Wednesday at Reading Hospital & Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by a Grandfather James E. McBreen.
Surviving in addition to his parents are Paternal Grandparents Thomas and Linda Melusky of West West Terrace; Maternal Grandparents Craig and Patricia Lowthert of Port Carbon; Paternal Great Grandmother Helen Melusky of Pottsville; Matenal Great Grandparents Dorothy Carey of Pottsville and Joan and Clyde Lowthert of Pottsville; Uncles James McBreen and Matthew Melusky; Aunt Mallory McBreen-Zulick and her husband Alan; Great Aunts, Great Uncles and Cousins.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family with Rev. Leo Malez officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Joseph Center for Special Learning, 2075 West Norwegian St. Pottsville, PA 17901. . Burial will be in St. Stanislaus II, .
