Dorothy Halaburda , 90, of 208 S. Whylam St., Frackville, died Friday at her home. Born in St. Clair, April 10, 1923, She was a daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Bardzak) Snyder She was a graduate of St. Clair High School. She owned and operated the Halaburda Grocery Store, Frackville. She was a member of St. John The Baptist Polish National Catholic Church, Frackville, PA She was preceded in death by her husband Bernard Halaburda on November 24, 1984; 2 brothers John and Michael Snyder; 2 sisters Eleanor Tenoschock and Mary Thomas;; Surviving are 2 daughters Sandra Elsavage and her husband Paul of Frackville; Geraldine Seitzinger and her husband Jack of Scranton, 7 grandchildren Ronald Elsavage, Angela Elsavage, Maripat Burke, John Seitzinger, Geralyn Insalaco, Mark Seitzinger and Matthew Seitzinger; 11 Great Grandchildren & 3 Step Great Grandchildren; Nieces and Nephews Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday from St. John The Baptist Polish National Catholic Church, 2nd & Oak Street Frackville with The Rev Robert Plichta officiating. . Friends may call from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM Wednesday at the church. Burial will be in St. John the Baptist Polish National Cemetery, Frackville.
