Dorothy Gall, 88, formerly of Saint Clair, passed away Wednesday at Genesis Health Care Schuylkill Center, Pottsville.
Born in Pottsville, May 8, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Wilbur and Carrie Kramer Koons.
She was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, Saint Clair.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, George, in 1996; a brother, Wilbur; two sisters, Florence Krammes and Bertha Geist.
Surviving are two sons, John Gall and his wife, Santa, Orwigsburg, and Joseph Gall, Saint Clair; a daughter, Anne Marie Yarnell and her husband, Thomas, Pottsville; three granddaughters, Laura McHugh, Lisa Grove and Leslie Ciccanti; three grandsons, Thomas Yarnell, Robert Yarnell and Christopher Gall; seven great-grandchildren, Brennan, Katie, Stephen, Ashley, Amanda, Rayven and Mikey; a great-great granddaughter, Isabella; a sister, Pearl Neidlinger, Pottsville.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday from Bruce T. Hart Funeral Home, 110 N. Second St., Saint Clair. Monsignor William F. Glosser will officiate. Friends may call from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater Delaware Valley Ch apter, P.O. Box 8168, Philadelphia, PA 19101-8168. Interment will be in Queen of the Universe Cemetery, Saint Clair. Bruce T. Hart Funeral Home, Saint Clair, is in charge of arrangements.
