Colt Stuart Fort, infant child of Raymond H. Fort and Carrie Saylor of Pottsville, died Sunday at Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson St., Pottsville.
Surviving are in addition to his parents are a brother Russell Fort; a sister Gabriella Fort; Maternal grandparents Amandus and Sheri Dorrell of Pottsville; Paternal grandparents Joseph and Renee Saylor of Pottsville; Great Grandmother Kathryn Heffner of Reading; Aunts and Uncles.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
