Arthur Kowker, 60, of Millersburg, formerly of Frackville died Friday August 30, 2019 at Select Specialty Hospital, Harrisburg.
Born in Pottsville, May 20, 1959, He was a son of the late John C. Kowker and Ida (Hower) Kowker Becker.
He worked at the former City Shirt Factory, Frackville.
He was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Parish, Frackville.
He was preceded in death by 2 brothers William Becker and John Kowker.
Surviving are a son Joshua Kowker of Millersburg 3 sisters Sandra Ketterer of Williamstown; Diana Rivenbugh of St. Clair and Victoria Becker, Pottsville; Nieces and Nephews.
