Ann Aggon, 92, of St. Clair, died Wednesday at Schuylkill Center, Pottsville.
Born in Pottsville, September 14, 1922, She was a daughter of the late Stephen and Anna Steficek
Ann was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, St. Clair, Immaculate Conception Church Rosary Society, St. Clair, and Former Immaculate Conception Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Norman R. Aggon; 4 brothers John, Steven, Joseph, and Michael Steficek and one sister Mary Kuzio.
Surviving are 2 sons Gregory Aggon and his wife Deborah of Houston, TX; and Norman Aggon and his wife Kathleen of State College; 2 Grandchildren, Dr. Allison Aggon-Breniman and her husband Eric of Philadelphia and Matthew Aggon and his fiancé Kathryn Miller of Baltimore, MD.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM Monday from Immaculate Conception Church, 6 Caroline Ave. St. Clair. The Rev. Msgr. William F. Glosser will be officiating. Friends may call from 9:30 – 10:30 AM Monday at the Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Catholic Campus Ministry at Penn State University 205C Pasquerilla Center, University Park, PA 16802 . Burial will be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, St. Clair.
