Alda M. Kellett , 101, of 237 S. Spencer St., Frackville, died Saturday at Manor Care Health Services, Pottsville PA.
Born in Easton, September 10, 1912, She was a daughter of the late George and Mary (Christ) Hiney.
Alda retired as a Machine Operator from the Former Martin Dress Co., Frackville.
She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church, Frackville, PA; Trinity EC Church Missionary Society, and ILGWU.
She was preceded in death by her husband William Kellett on February 20, 1992.
Surviving are 2 sons James R. Kellett and his wife Joan of Battlefield, MO; Thomas W. Kellett and his wife Bonnie of Manassas, VA; 1 daughter Ethel Walsh and her husband Garl of Frackville; 6 Grandchildren; 11 Great-grandchildren; Nieces & Nephews.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday from Nice- Hart Funeral Home, Inc.,9 North Lehigh Ave. Frackville,PA 17931 with the Rev. Gene Stephenson officiating. . Friends may call Wednesday from 7PM – 9PM and Thursday 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Trinity E C Church Memorial Fund , 56 North Balliet Street, Frackville, PA 17931. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Frackville.
