Tom Brennan

 

  Thomas  P. Brennan , 67, of 56 N. Second St., St. Clair, died Sunday at his home surrounded by his family.  

Born in Pottsville, December 10, 1946, He was a son of the late Honorable Robert and Sara (Hoke) Brennan of Mill Creek Manor. 

He was a 1965 graduate of St. Clair High School and graduate of  LaSalle University.

He also served in the US Army. 

He was an Owner of Tommy's M & S Restaurant, St. Clair, since 1976. 

Tommy was a Councilman for the Borough of St. Clair, founding member of the Independent Hunting Club of Diener's Hill; Centre Pike Hunting Club; Pulaski Lodge #216 F&AM; American Legion Post #719. 

In addition to his parents he  was preceded in death by sister Barbara Uhrin.

 

Surviving are his wife Joann (Trout) Brennan; Daughter Shannon Brennan and her partner Donna J. Boyd of Pottsville;  son Timothy P. Brennan and his wife Patricia Tucker-Brennan of Doylestown; a brother Robert Brennan and his wife Linda of Pottsville; sister Julie Bender and her husband Michael of Washington, NJ  Grandchildren Eli, Samantha and Jude Boyd Brennan; Tucker J. Brennan;  Nieces and Nephews including Frank Uhrin of St. Clair. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday from St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, 250 E. Hancock St. St. Clair with Msgr. William F. Glosser officiating and Father Christopher M. Zelonis concelebrating. Friends may call from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Wednesday and 9:00-10:00 AM Thursday at the church.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to  St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org).  Burial with military honors will be in Queen of the Universe Cemetery, Pottsville.
