Gladys “Joyce” Kocur

Gladys “Joyce” Kocur, 84, of Auburn, formerly of St. Clair, died Saturday at Orwigsburg Center, Orwigsburg.

Born in St. Clair, September 9, 1932. She was a daughter of the late George and Pearl (Wineland) Rubright.

She was a retired Secretary working for many years at the Dalinda Dance Studio, St. Clair.

Joyce was a member of St. John United Church of Christ, St. Clair.

In addition to her Parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Kocur in 1984, 2 brothers George "Sonny" Rubright, Charles Rubright; 3 sisters Martha Rubright, Lois Hossler; Pearl "Bunny" Rubright and a grandson Cole Griesbaum.

Surviving are 5 daughters Melissa Bubeck and her husband Clayton of Auburn, daughter Dorrine Griesbaum of Reading, Helen Kocur of St. Clair, Dr. Lori Kocur-Wilde and her husband Rob of King of Prussia, Tracie Clews and her husband Scott of St. Clair; sister Doris "Dolly" Rubright of Orwigsburg; 9 Grandchildren, Ella Bubeck, Lora Bubeck, Halle Michel, Nathaniel Griesbaum, Jonathan Wilde, Jennifer Wilde, Tristen Clews, Emilee Clews, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday from Bruce T. Hart Funeral Home, 110 North Second Street St. Clair. The Rev. Kerry Smart will be officiating. Friends may call from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Wednesday at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, St. Clair.
